"Reliable delivery, but the wait was annoying"
I ordered a few bits and, to be fair, everything did turn up when they said it would. The packaging was fine and nothing was damaged. I was a bit frustrated with how long I ended up waiting though, definitely not the quickest delivery I’ve had. Still, there weren’t any real problems overall, so I’d give it 4 stars.

"Nice eco-friendly packaging from Veganstore"
I was happy with the packaging from Veganstore. It was eco-friendly and didn’t have any of that plastic mess, well, not mess, I mean there was basically no plastic at all. Nice to see a store actually keeping it simple and sustainable.

I ordered some snacks and got a bit confused by the allergen info. The website seemed to say one thing on one page, but another page wasn’t as clear, so I didn’t feel totally sure. When the order arrived, I ended up checking the labels myself just to be safe. That’s not ideal if you have allergies and need to trust the info before buying.

The return process was super easy, honestly. The refund took a bit longer than I expected, but it did come through in the end, so overall it was fiiine.

"Wish there were more payment choices"
I do like shopping here, but the checkout part wasn’t my favorite. I usually use a different payment method for online orders, and it wasn’t available, so I ended up having to use my card instead. Not a huge deal, but to me it made the site feel a little behind compared to other shops I use.

I ordered a few snacks and toiletries from veganstore.co.uk and thankfully everything arrived safely, with zero drama in the damage department.
The box was really sturdy, and nothing was squashed, smashed, or doing that nightmare leaking thing you dread with shampoos and jars. They used paper padding too, which I appreciated.
The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is that the amount of packing felt a bit intense for such a small order, like my snacks were being prepared for a royal expedition. Not a huge issue though, and I’d still order again

I was going to grab a couple—well, a few, vegan bits, but once I saw the shipping cost, I just couldn’t justify it. For what I had in my basket, it made the whole order feel way more expensive than it should’ve been.
Maybe it works out better if you’re doing a big shop, but for a small order like mine it was just a bit annoying. I ended up closing the page and not checking out.

I do like the range on veganstore.co.uk, and I found a few things I wanted, but the checkout made it harder than it needed to be. My basket was slow to update, and for some reason I had to enter my delivery details twice, which was annoying.
The payment did go through eventually, so I suppose it was fine in the end, but it definitely wasn’t the smoothest experience. I nearly gave up, to be honest. Not a disaster, just frustrating when you’re only trying to order a few bits...

"Finally found decent vegan bits without the usual hassle"
Ordered a few snacks and cupboard bits from veganstore.co.uk it was all exactly as described. It’s such a pain trying to find decent vegan stuff in normal shops half the time, so it was nice to actually get things I don’t usually see anywhere. Delivery turned up quicker than I expected too, and everything was packed properly. No drama, which is more than I can say for some places. I’d use them again

"Prices felt kind of unfair"
Some of the items were fine, but a lot of them seemed more expensive than what I usually see at other vegan shops. Then the delivery fees got added on top, and that part was weird because it made the whole order feel way overpriced. I probably won’t order again.

My snap judgment was that something felt a little off. I looked for clear info on their ethics and sourcing, but it all seemed vague. Maybe it’s there somewhere, but I didn’t feel super confident after checking.

I ordered a few vegan snacks and some toiletries, everything felt really nice quality. Nothing had that cheap or thrown-together feel you sometimes get elsewhere, and the snacks were fresh too. It’s always a good feeling when the things you buy line up with how you’re trying to shop and live a bit more thoughtfully. Really happy with the order.

"Pretty good vegan shop, but I had to double-check a few things"
I’ve been trying to be more careful about what I buy, so I liked that the vegan options here were easy to find and didn’t feel like they’d just stuck “plant based” on the label and called it a day. Most of it seemed properly thought through, which gave me a bit more confidence. That said, I’m not giving 5 stars because a few product pages could really use more detail on ingredients or certifications. Maybe I’m being picky, but if I’m spending money on vegan products, I want to know exactly what I’m getting. Overall though, it’s still a solid shop and I’d use it again.

I’ve ordered from veganstore.co.uk a few times now, and it’s become one of those places I remember to check first. There’s something really reassuring about finding the bits I need actually in stock, especially after that familiar disappointment of going to other sites and seeing everything sold out. Checkout was simple, my order arrived without any fuss, and it all just felt easy. No complaints from me.

"Fresh order and felt good buying vegan"
I ordered a few chilled vegan bits and snacks from Vegan Store and was pleased with it. Most of the food arrived nice and fresh, especially the tofu and dairy-free cheese, which both had decent dates on them. Nothing was squashed or damaged either, which I always appreciate. One pack of veggie sausages was a little closer to the use-by date than I’d have liked, but it was still usable, so not a big issue. Overall, it felt like an easy way to support more ethical, animal-friendly choices without compromising on quality. I’d happily order again.
